SUMMARY:Volunteer Event: San Antonio Food Bank
DESCRIPTION:Who/What: STC-ACHE will work together to sort and/or pack produce\, non-perishable foods\, and household items\, preparing them for distribution. Duties may include checking for expiration dates\, opened packages and spoilage\, labeling cans\, and packing bags of food or household items. Other duties may include general cleaning of the area\, breaking down boxes etc. \n**This project is fun and rewarding for both adults and children ages 12 and up.*** \n**It is recommended that volunteers bring work gloves and a light jacket (for freezer/cooler duties).** \nWhen: 0900-1130 May 25\, 2019 \nWhere: San Antonio Food Bank\, 5200 Enrique M.
