DESCRIPTION:STC proudly brings you an ACHE Choice Virtual event “Professional Burnout in Healthcare: Leading an Organization to Wellness” with Michael E. Frisina\, PhD.\nWHY: Frontline care providers and other health system personnel experiencing secondary traumatic stress symptoms will create a significant challenge for sustaining the healthcare delivery system. Consequently\, the cumulative physical\, mental\, and emotional fatigue will be worse than pre-pandemic levels of burnout. This reality will pose severe risks for degrading safety\, quality and patient experience in healthcare performance.  Research clearly indicates that helping people connect with deeper meaning and purpose in their lives by acquiring resiliency and energy management techniques can lead to a broad range of positive and productive outcomes.
